Job Description
The Villages Health is seeking a full-time Customer Support Operator (PSO) to join their Patient Support Center. This role focuses on providing excellent patient service by handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, sending instructions, and assisting with patient needs. Requirements
- High school diploma
- Associate degree preferred
- 1+ years Customer/Patient Service Experience
- Experience in either a medical office or high-volume call center
- Experience using EMR software applications
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of health care field
- Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations
- Knowledge of customer/patient service principles, applications, and conflict resolution
- Skill in multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of various software applications
