Job Description
As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and managerial oversight of your team, developing ambitious goals and delivering results. You will work closely with Engineering leadership and FinOps to develop your team's roadmap and vision.
Requirements
- Computer Science Degree, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Demonstrated history of management of engineering teams
- Proven ability to hire, manage, and grow exceptional engineers
- Expertise in a modern programming language, such as Python, Go, R, and/or C/C++
- Strong product engineering fundamentals, working with customers to understand challenges
- Familiarity with common APIs, best practices, and data products
