Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector's role is to maintain the Vollrath Standard Quality with Supplier Products and control Service Parts Inventories.

Requirements

• Perform reworks, FQA’s and Warranty returns inspections
• Inspect all items on PINS for accuracy
• Report to SQE/Engineering any items that are out of spec
• Maintain open communications between internal/external customers
• Support Vollrath satellite facilities as a resource when needed
• Photograph and record spare parts to assist with CSR/TSR documentation
• Perform FQA’s for items received on PINS to get them received to stock
• Keep up with receiving Service Parts, Incoming PO’s, Quality Inspections, Medical Equipment and Containment Requests
