Disney is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join its Ad Decisioning team. The team is responsible for building the future of Disney's media and ad technology. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will apply your technical knowledge and skills to deliver scalable, performant, and maintainable software. You will work with product teams to translate requirements into technical implementations and define technical and operational metrics to measure system health.
