Job Description
The Production Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe execution of film and television productions covered by Disney’s Occupational Health & Safety Program.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience conducting field safety audits, safety inductions, and risk assessments in film/TV production or other safety-related field
- Experience with occupational hygiene, environmental compliance and sustainability
- Experience with facilitating training with crews and teams
- Ability to travel domestically up to 40%
- Experience managing or overseeing a crew or team
- Knowledge of digital systems such as AirTable, Microsoft Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and/or Project Management tools
- Effective PowerPoint/deck building and communication skills
- Certification/knowledge in OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and U.S. safety regulations
