Job Description
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors for daily operation & maintenance work. Manage maintenance contracts, maintenance budget, and inventory planning. Plan and implement engineering services projects, and manage energy utilization and data analysis work.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills on problem solving and customer service with different internal stakeholders
- Strong leadership and project management skills to provide precise directions to Cast Member and Contractors to achieve the performance
- Strong technical skills with hands-on implementation experience
- Expertise in Building Energy Management
- Proficiency in Power Point, Power Project, Excel, AutoCAD and Words
- Power BI and BIM also preferred
