Support Engineer (Building & Architecture Projects and Planning) (2-year Contract)

Job Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and project-related issues, monitoring maintenance databases, organizing maintenance projects, coordinating with technicians and contractors, and collaborating with stakeholders to support seasonal events and development projects.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Survey, Building Studies, Civil Engineering, Fine Arts, Facility Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of construction and occupational safety standards and statutory requirements for maintenance and construction projects
• Technical expertise in materials and processes to support sustainable development
• Strong technical knowledge with solid experience in quality control and maintenance practices
• Proven background in project administration and documentation
• Familiarity with the Minor Works Control System under the Buildings Department
• Willingness to attend emergency calls or duties outside normal working hours
