Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of complex, high-value, and strategically important projects across Weir Minerals North Africa.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary, high-value international projects in engineered-to-order or capital equipment industries (mining/process preferred)
• Strong grasp of contract law, commercial terms, risk management, and cost control
• Financial literacy with practical SAP, MS Project, and MS Office skills
• Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (spoken and written)
