Senior Technical Project Manager

Weir Minerals is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive innovation in hydraulic ore hoisting and positive displacement pumping technology, manage multidisciplinary teams, and deliver integrated engineering solutions for a sustainable future.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable.
• PMP, Prince II or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management, using project management tooling and other relevant tools for integrated solutions design and simulations.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary design & development teams for high capital-intensive, integrated system solutions.
• Proven experience in external contract management.
• Highly preferred; Understanding of mining systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
