Construction Project Safety Engineer

We are hiring a Project Safety Engineer to join our team for a data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role is responsible for creating a positive safety culture on the project site while supporting our zero injury culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of safety experience, ideally in construction or manufacturing
• Active OSHA 10 or 30 is desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to build positive relationships across the organization and be a trusted partner to employees
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• High level of integrity and strong work ethic
• Strong problem solving skills and a high level of initiative
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
