Job Description
The Weitz Company is seeking an MEP Project Manager for our Phoenix, AZ business unit. The Project Manager is responsible for profitably managing all administrative and field construction activities to quality standards, while maintaining relationships with all stakeholders on assigned projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of extensive field and project construction management experience
- 10+ years experience in field and project construction management preferred
- Data center experience is strongly preferred
- Leadership skills with a desire to mentor, coach, and develop a team
- Ability to compare and analyze various systems and related cost impacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to balance and prioritize projects with impending deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong negotiation skills
- Business acumen and relationship building skills
