The National Account On Premise Director, Central TX will be responsible for lead selling against a defined set of the largest restaurant chain customers in the US as well as identifying and executing against high-growth regionalized chains.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years of sales experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or related business with a knowledge and passion for selling wine
- 5+ years of experience working with multi-unit on premise operators
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving financial targets in sales
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and opportunity identification
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment
- Must be adaptive to change within organization and industry
- Results oriented, innovative, strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel frequently with overnight stays, as needed
- Support and model all company procedures and policies
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, work effectively in a team/crew environment, and adherence to all safety regulations and operating procedures
