As a Retail Deputy Manager, you'll help keep your store running like clockwork, working in partnership with the Store Manager. You'll inspire your team to unlock their potential and create unforgettable moments for customers.
Requirements
- Stand-in for the Store Manager
- Foster a store atmosphere that's enjoyable, welcoming, and inclusive
- Drive retail commerciality and achieve high performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and coach the team to provide an outstanding retail experience
- Merchandise products in planogrammed and non-planogrammed spaces
