Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Deputy Manager to join our team in Perth, Scotland. As a Retail Deputy Manager, you will help keep your store running like clockwork, working in partnership with the Store Manager. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to unlock their potential and creating unforgettable moments for customers.
Requirements
- Stand-in for the Store Manager when they are unavailable
- Foster a store atmosphere that is enjoyable, welcoming, and inclusive
- Drive retail sales and achieve high performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and coach the team to provide an outstanding retail experience
- Merchandise products effectively and manage stock
