Job Description
The Pharmacy Technician supports the Pharmacist in providing safe, efficient, and compassionate pharmacy services within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license or registration
- Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
- Experience in FQHC, 340B, or public health environments
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, medication safety, and confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Familiarity with 340B Drug Pricing Program and related compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) and pharmacy management systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic setting
