The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a Senior Community Executive to build and manage relationships with customers on online platforms like Reddit, forums, and communities. This role focuses on engaging with customers, identifying insights, and working with marketing, product, and customer service teams to shape strategies. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Experience in community management, customer insights, or social engagement roles.
• Hands-on experience managing Reddit, forums, or online communities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product and customer service teams.
• Organised and proactive.
