Job Description
Theodo group is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join their growing team in Casablanca, Morocco. As part of the tech tactical team, you will be a strategic pillar in the evolution of our expertise and our tech teams. You will guide teams on technology choices, ensure technical quality, manage and develop engineers, and build relationships with clients, translating business issues into high-performance tech solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development with increasing responsibilities
- Experience in an ESN, consulting firm, or tech startup
- Experience managing teams (+10 engineers)
- Solid knowledge of software architecture principles
- Natural leadership, ability to inspire and challenge teams
- Curiosity, passion for tech, and desire to learn continuously
- Relationship skills with technical and non-technical interlocutors
