Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a Medical Director to lead the charge in healthcare innovation. The role involves working in skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and providing high-quality patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- Active and unrestricted medical licensure
- Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, or palliative care
- 2+ years of experience in a medical director role or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of successful quality improvement initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families
- Strong leadership and management skills
