Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a Part-time Medical Director to provide comprehensive primary care services to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). The role involves participating in quality initiatives, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position offers work-life balance and flexible scheduling with support from virtual care teams.
Requirements
- Attend and participate in monthly quality assurance meetings.
- Review and revise facility clinical guidelines.
- Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff.
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
- Utilize electronic health record systems.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants
