Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a Part-time Medical Director to lead medical direction for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This in-person role offers work-life balance, no on-call, and flexible scheduling with support from NPs and PAs. The position involves providing high-quality care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to quality initiatives within the SNF setting.
Requirements
- Attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings.
- Reviewing and revising facility's clinical guidelines.
- Supervising facility clinical staff.
- Diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness.
- Utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
