Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high quality care at skilled nursing facilities (SNF) it manages. The role offers flexible scheduling, supportive community, and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to round daily and prescribe medications and treatments for residents residing at SNFs
- Timely documentation of all patient care/encounters
- Availability for phone/secure messaging consultations with facility nursing staff
