Job Description
Therapy Tree is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a team of highly qualified and passionate therapists. This role includes collaborative treatment and training across a multidisciplinary team. Therapy Tree provides evidence-based, results-oriented therapy tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university program
- Current AZ OT licensure
- Fingerprint clearance card
- Must supply liability insurance
- MUST be able to supervise assistants
