Job Description
The Mechanical Designer assists engineers in developing flow diagrams and detailed fabrication and assembly drawings. They collaborate closely with various teams to fulfill customer requirements and resolve design issues, from initial design to final drawing release, aiming for cost-effective manufacturing.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent years of experience.
- Proficient with 2D and 3D design using Solidworks and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to carry oneself in a professional manner, maintain positive interactions with co-workers, customers and vendors and have an upbeat, can-do attitude.
