Requirements
- experience in service desk or helpdesk in a fast-paced environment
- background in Computer Information Systems
- experience in MAC and Windows configurations
- experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products
- experience in VPN configuration
- knowledge of networking and WiFi configuration
- experience in conferencing technologies is a plus
- ability to adapt quickly to IT fundamentals including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications
- ability to communicate in English
- availability to work fully on-site
