The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and has experience managing end-to-end productions.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience producing live-action content in an agency, production company, or studio environment.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience: comfortable leading calls, managing expectations, and handling escalations.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end productions - shipping multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, develop, and implement long-term content strategies.
- Strong knowledge of production pipelines.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Fluent English; Second language is a plus.
- Experience establishing or upholding process/QA standards.
