Senior Social Media Marketing Lead

TheSoul Group is seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Lead to drive platform growth, content performance, and distribution strategies across client projects. This hands-on role involves leading a team of SMM strategists, building systems for data analysis, and translating data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of social media platforms and a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital growth roles (agency experience preferred, client experience a must);
• Deep understanding of content performance drivers, platform algorithms and best practices, audience behavior and growth techniques;
• Strong ability to turn analytics into actionable, business-relevant insights;
• Solid working knowledge of native and third-party social media tools (e.g. Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok analytics, Frame);
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members across SMM functions;
• Strong writing and editing skills for digital storytelling and brand-aligned messaging;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills;
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
