The ideal candidate will mentor a team and work collaboratively across creative and business teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or social media growth roles (agency experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Deep understanding of content performance drivers and platform algorithms
• Solid working knowledge of native and third-party social media tools
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
• Strong writing and editing skills
