We are THG, a global ecommerce group on a mission to be the global online leader in beauty and sports nutrition. We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive to focus on the UK market and drive sustainable growth through affiliate partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
• Strong knowledge of affiliate partners and networks (e.g., AWIN, Partnerize)
• Proven negotiation skills for contracts and agreements
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of numerical data
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for affiliates and digital marketing innovation
• Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and their integration
• Experience managing budgets and working with key stakeholders
