We are THG, a global ecommerce group on a mission to be the global online leader in beauty and sports nutrition. The Senior Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing our go-to-market strategies across Ulta, Costco, QVC, and key wholesale accounts.
Requirements
- 5–7 years' experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or retail activation in beauty, personal care, or premium consumer goods.
- Proven track record in prestige or specialty retail (Ulta/Specialty experience strongly preferred).
- Expertise in omnichannel retail marketing, brick-and-mortar, retailer.com, and wholesale digital media.
- Highly analytical with strong financial acumen; able to balance brand elevation with P&L realities.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills; comfortable with senior leadership and retailer negotiations.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and inspired by building a brand in turnaround and growth mode.
