Job Description
Thind Management is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth across all managed properties. This strategic role oversees property-level sales and marketing teams, ensuring brand alignment, and leading the development of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong analytical skills and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience
- Proven success in driving revenue, market share, and brand performance
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, distribution channels, and CRM systems
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel to properties regularly (approximately 30–40%)
