Job Description
Think Together is seeking a Substitute Program Leader to work with students in a safe and nurturing environment. The role involves providing academic enrichment, mentoring, and creating engaging activities. Responsibilities include classroom management, student safety, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children and inspiring/motivating them.
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units required
- Ability to pass Instructional Aide Test (optional)
- Ability to speak and write in standard English.
- Available to work at least 3 days a week (Monday-Friday).
