They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead their Platform team, focusing on Kubernetes-based infrastructure, AWS cloud services, and reliability engineering. The role involves driving technical strategy, leading a team, and ensuring scalability and security of their platform.
Requirements
- 10+ years of infrastructure, platform engineering, or software engineering experience
- 5+ years managing engineering teams
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform
- Strong understanding of observability tools
- Experience with structured frameworks like SPACE and DORA
- Experience leading teams managing large-scale distributed systems
- Effective communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking
- Deep sense of ownership, accountability, and passion for reliability
