Job Description
ThinkMarkets is seeking a Commercial Head of Asia to lead the region's growth strategy and manage a high-performing commercial organization. This role involves building and scaling the commercial team, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of business development and sales in Southeast Asia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in FX/CFDs, fintech, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a commercial leadership role covering Southeast Asia.
- Proven success in regional business development, partner management, and revenue ownership.
- Deep understanding of retail trading, IB models, partner ecosystems, and FX/CFD trading mechanics.
- Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and sales tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and JIRA/Confluence.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.
