Requirements
- 8–12 years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or marketing program management, ideally within forex, crypto, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Proven experience managing multi-brand, multi-region marketing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize reporting frameworks that provide clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Deep understanding of campaign orchestration, digital performance metrics, and web UX.
- Experience in compliance-led marketing with strong familiarity with regulated financial jurisdictions.
- Process mindset with the ability to build scalable systems and enforce team accountability.
- Strong leadership skills — confident managing senior marketers and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management software/methodologies for tracking marketing projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Tableau, Segment, Figma, JIRA, etc.
