ThinkWell is seeking a health financing consultant to lead a landscaping report in Angola. This is a part-time consultancy role with a requirement for fluency in Portuguese and a preference for candidates based in Angola. The consultant will work with a template and structure provided by ThinkWell to develop and validate a health financing report, focusing on stakeholder engagement and key informant interviews.
