Requirements
- Sophisticated understanding of federal K-12 policy and politics
- Ability to write clearly on complex topics for an audience of non-experts
- Comfortable conducting quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in using tools to advocate for a cause and achieve results
- Oral advocacy skills including presentations, briefings, and press engagement
- Graduate degree or undergraduate degree in a relevant field plus exceptionally relevant work experience
