Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance-focused graphic and motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social ad design across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of creative performance metrics.
• Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
