Sales Development Representative

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of SDR or similar sales experience, with a clear focus on cold calling and cold outreach.
• Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to understand and follow company sales methods.
• Proven success generating opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
