Requirements

• Implement person-centered supports
• Foster positive interactions with individuals, peers, family, and the community
• Document activities, services, and progress
• Support individuals' medical needs
• Promote community integration and socialization
• Assist individuals with financial tasks
• Attend required trainings and stay informed about updates
• Coordinate meal preparation
• Handle incidents and emergencies
