Job Description
Thomas Park is seeking a Building Engineer to provide expert, friendly, and cost-effective maintenance services for properties, focusing on optimizing building functions and addressing maintenance needs professionally. This role involves managing multiple properties, ensuring optimal system performance, and assisting with tenant service requests.
Requirements
- Maintain, test, and replace parts and components in plumbing, electrical, and heating systems.
- Implement the company’s Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Check boiler/HVAC components daily and notify the Manager.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure system efficiency.
- Evaluate and maintain facility and grounds, meeting operational standards.
- Handle tenant service requests within the prescribed timetable.
- Assist the Manager in controlling maintenance expenditures.
- Supervise all service providers to ensure quality and address issues promptly.
- Report on time arrival/departure times to the manager.
- Fulfill certain physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
