Thompson Pipe Group is looking for a driven Production Supervisor 2nd Shift to organize, coordinate, and supervise employees and activities within the fabrication department to ensure an effective and efficient fabrication operation that meets safety, quality, and production standards.

Requirements

• Assigns work to department personnel to attain department objectives
• Ensures proper project pieces are produced according to customer and or company specification
• Establishes and controls procedures to meet production schedules
• Recommends and initiates improvements to production processes
• Provides training, support, direction, and guidance to department personnel
• Evaluates employee performance and accountability
