Job Description
The Content Specialist is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality content products end to end, with a focus on Public Records and Dockets. The role requires domain expertise, strong technical proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements.
Requirements
- Domain expertise in Public Records and/or Dockets
- Strong technical proficiency in UNIX, scripting, and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, and content publishing platforms
- Strong understanding of global workflows and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma certified preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex data and system issues
