Lead Attorney Editor responsible for legal research, analysis, and writing to support the maintenance of Practical Law content. The role involves team oversight, legal research, analysis, editing, and writing, as well as engagement with editorial AI efforts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school or other equivalent, relevant legal training
• Self-starter with an aptitude for legal research, writing, and analysis
• Keen eye for detail and established proof-reading skills
• Analytical thinker who uses logic and discretion to collaborate with global teammates to solve difficult problems
• Decisive with a focus on making quality decisions quickly
• Ability to interpret, analyze, organize, and communicate complex legal material
• Comfortable with personal computers and familiar with word processing and online applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and pursue them with energy and drive
• Great teammate who will work successfully in a global and collaborative environment
• Strong, proactive, and assertive communicator who can speak and write clearly and effectively with all contacts
