Job Description
THOR Solutions is seeking a Senior-Level MIREM Exercise Planner to support US Navy Mine Warfare Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (MIREM) at Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center in San Diego, CA. This is a contingent, contract role with a potential award in late 2025, and will be dependent on THOR being awarded the contract. The role involves assisting with exercise planning, data analysis, and communication of results.
Requirements
- Participate in planning conferences supporting exercises
- Provide assistance with drafting Test Plan/OPORD, Data Collection Plan and Analysis Plan based on input
- Assist in providing insight during ad hoc workshops and conferences
- Familiarity with the design and construction of experiments
