Job Description
The SP Canada Centre-du-Québec section is looking for their next general director. As the head of the board of directors, your main mandate is to provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve organizational goals and ensure the global success of the organization.
Requirements
- College or university studies in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in the community sector
- 2 years of experience in a management/coordinating role
- Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written
- Mastery of the Office suite, Canvas (advantage)
- Understanding of governance
- Experience with a vulnerable clientele
- Demonstrate a great openness of mind and empathy
- Collaborative, rallying, and mobilizing leadership
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
