Job Description
Our client is a high-end food company based in Quebec, established for over 20 years and recognized for the quality of its products and expertise in its field. The territory manager reports to the president and is responsible for developing sales, supervising a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of objectives while innovating in methods of acquiring new markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, representation, and team management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry
- Recognized leadership and excellent communication skills
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of Quebec distribution networks (major chains, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores)
- Mastery of computer tools, including Microsoft 365 and Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Excellent understanding of sales processes and analytical capacity (mathematics and statistics)
