Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead end-to-end production and distribution planning, enhance customer experience, drive operational excellence, and develop high-performing teams across multiple North American sites.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing, planning, supply chain, and/or customer operations
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, enterprise operational organizations (multi-sites)
• Strong people leadership skills with proven ability to drive and manage change
