Assembly Technician II

The Assembly Technician II role assembles and fabricates various components, including semiconductor devices and packages, electronic components, and opto-mechanical subassemblies.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• Minimum 3-7 years' experience in semiconductor fabrication/assembly/packaging or other manufacturing/technical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative, team environment and comply with high quality standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to shift from one task to another to address changing production priorities
• Understanding of ESD and best practice in a production environment
