Job Description
Thorlabs is seeking a dynamic and strategic Communications Manager to develop and execute internal communication strategies. This role will ensure clear, consistent, and engaging messaging across all channels, fostering transparency, and promoting employee engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leaders, support change initiatives, and leverage communication tools to inform, engage, and align the workforce.
Requirements
- Collaborate with leaders and departments to strengthen organizational culture.
- Develop and own the company-wide internal communications strategy.
- Create, enhance, and manage content across various communication tools.
- Develop compelling presentations and speeches for key leaders.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop video concepts.
