General Helper

Thorlabs is seeking a General Helper to work in a team environment, assisting in manufacturing products under the guidance of experienced team members. The role involves kitting, loading/unloading machines, and manual machining, with on-the-job training provided.

Requirements

• Assist workers engaged in fabricating and processing materials and parts
• Sort and count parts and materials
• Examine parts and materials for defects
• Feed, load, or remove parts from machines
• Handle and Clean Specialty Fiber Optics, Precision Optics, and mechanical components
